We also participate in programmes like WPP’s Marketing Fellowship Program (Global) and the Kantar Graduate Programme (South African) which enable us to find, foster and share exceptional young talent across the WPP family.  
 
What about international opportunities? As a truly global business there are obviously opportunities for travel. This can work in two ways; either through transfers from one office to another for a period of time, often 12 months, or more commonly through projects, where people might visit a country or city for up to a week. We had a recent case where someone spent 6 weeks in Shanghai for one of our international clients.
