The recognition that a great brand feeling is delivered not only through advertising communications but also through the brand experience created by all employees.

Market Situation
To communicate a series of business critical messages to VWSA's approximately 6,000 factory workers.  In essence, to create a passion for people and their cars.

Our Approach
Since inception, in the late 1990s, 'Make Your Marque' has been about brand and consumer relevance for all employees.  Through a range of activities like obstacle courses, brand auctions, foosball competitions and test drives, we have partnered with VWSA to 'drive' home often complex concepts in engaging, interactive, respectful and fun ways.

Result
'Make Your Marque' is one of the ways that the VWSA's factory workers get to live and experience their brand.  This has helped to build commitment to Volkswagen
